Overview
We are looking for a driven Sales Engineer (Industrial Engineer) who will focus on promoting and selling technical solutions in industrial systems, energy optimization, and infrastructure projects. The candidate should have a strong industrial engineering background combined with business acumen. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients in alignment with company policies. Coordinate with finance, logistics, and operations to ensure smooth project execution and payment collection. Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports to management on progress against KPIs. Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets (manufacturing, energy optimization, oil & gas, data centers, infrastructure). Conduct regular client visits, site surveys, and market mapping to generate qualified leads. Represent the company at industry exhibitions, networking events, and professional associations Deliver technical presentations, demos, and workshops to explain products / systems to consultants, contractors, and end-users. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely follow-ups and clarifications. Build long-term relationships with decision-makers, procurement teams, and technical consultants to secure repeat business. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. 3–6 years of experience in industrial sales, energy solutions, or construction sectors. Strong knowledge of industrial systems, project costing, and energy optimization. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
