Job Summary :
As a Store Manager at Joe & The Juice , you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. You will lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team while maintaining the brand's energetic and dynamic culture.
Key Responsibilities :
Operations & Sales :
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including inventory management, stock ordering, and adherence to company policies.
- Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets through excellent customer engagement and upselling techniques.
- Monitor and optimize store profitability, including labor costs and waste management.
Team Leadership & Development :
Recruit, train, and develop a passionate team of juicers and baristas.Lead by example in fostering a high-energy, team-oriented, and fun work environment.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to enhance team productivity.Customer Experience & Brand Standards :
Maintain exceptional customer service standards, ensuring an outstanding experience for every guest.Uphold and enforce Joe & The Juice’s brand guidelines, store aesthetics, and hygiene standards.Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.Health & Safety Compliance :
Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations are strictly followed.Maintain cleanliness and organization across all areas of the store.Requirements :
