We are seeking a highly skilled

Lead Security Designer

with an

ASIS PSP / CPP (Physical Security Professional) certification

and

7+ years of proven experience in HCIS (High Commission for Industrial Security) security standards . This role will be central to leading the design and development of advanced security systems, ensuring compliance, functionality, and efficiency across complex projects. Responsibilities

Lead the security design lifecycle from concept to implementation for major projects. Develop comprehensive physical security system designs aligned with HCIS requirements and international best practices. Conduct security risk assessments, vulnerability analyses, and compliance audits. Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and design packages. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to deliver tailored solutions. Mentor and guide junior security engineers / designers within the team. Support business development efforts by providing technical expertise during proposals and presentations. Stay updated on HCIS regulations, ASIS standards, and emerging security technologies. Qualifications & Requirements

ASIS PSP / CPP certification

(mandatory). Strong knowledge of physical security technologies (access control, surveillance, perimeter protection, intrusion detection, etc.). Proven experience in developing security design packages for large-scale industrial or critical infrastructure projects. Excellent project coordination, stakeholder communication, and documentation skills. Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Bachelor’s degree in Security, Engineering, or related field (preferred). What We Offer
