Financial Analyst

To support the Finance Director in developing and executing financial strategies, leading financial analysis initiatives, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality financial insights that meet organizational objectives and drive business success.

Primary Responsibilities

• Financial Strategy Development : Assist in formulating and executing financial strategies aligned with organizational goals and financial objectives.
• Team Leadership : Lead and mentor finance teams, providing direction and feedback to ensure high-quality financial analysis and reporting.
• Data Analysis : Collaborate on analyzing financial data to develop actionable insights and recommendations for various projects and initiatives.
• Project Oversight : Oversee the financial analysis process from data collection to reporting, ensuring adherence to deadlines and accuracy standards.
• Stakeholder Interaction : Work with internal stakeholders to understand their financial needs and present analysis effectively.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Coordinate with other departments (e.g., operations, sales) to ensure cohesive financial planning and execution.
