Construction Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a Construction Manager to oversee and direct construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed within budget and on schedule. The Construction Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the construction process, including planning, scheduling, and implementing project activities. Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and implementing project activities. Oversee the selection and hiring of subcontractors and laborers. Monitor and control project costs to ensure they remain within budget. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations and building codes. Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in construction project management. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure. Familiarity with project management software (such as MS Project or Primavera). Skills
