Urban Ridge Supplies As the Manager Product Success, you will oversee the overall life cycle of consumer / business products. The incumbent will ensure the success of all consumer / business products and services, supervising development, deployment and post deployment support. The role includes launch-related activities, user testing, design alterations, marketing and periodic reporting. Responsibilities

Oversee timelines of product deployment Report deployment challenges and execute plans to address them Manage user level testing and coordinate with Tech for pre-launch issue resolution Manage launch trackers, collaborate with all business stakeholders Set business targets for all stakeholders Track the launch of all products and report success accordingly Assign responsibilities to all stakeholders for launch Develop launch plan with the help of Marketing Work with the marketing department for the marketing plan for Product Launch Execute marketing plan (OOH, Digital Media, PR, activations and events) Provide periodic reporting of product uptake Arrange performance reviews with key stakeholders Develop Target vs. Achievement dashboards for each product Oversee customer support of the products Conduct research and competitive analysis of products in the market Suggest pricing or design changes if required Qualifications

BS(Hons) degree in Business Management / Marketing Experience

8+ years of experience in Telecom or Banking product marketing and reporting Knowledge

Preferably an understanding of digital marketplaces and how they operate. Familiarity with sales operations and experience in implementation of cross-functional projects Skills
