We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our finance team. In this role, you will provide accurate financial insights, support decision-making, and help drive the company’s financial strategy. You will work closely with management to analyze data, prepare reports, and identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
- Conduct variance analysis to compare actual performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Develop financial models to evaluate investment opportunities, business initiatives, and operational performance.
- Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Assist in budget preparation, financial planning, and long-term strategic planning processes.
- Support audits, compliance activities, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to provide financial insights for projects, pricing, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear and actionable format.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CFA or CPA is a plus.2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or corporate finance.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools; experience with ERP / financial systems preferred.Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all financial reporting.Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
