Job Summary At PwC, our tax services team focuses on providing advice and guidance to clients on tax planning, compliance, and strategy. Our professionals help businesses navigate complex tax regulations and optimise their tax positions. In this role, you will work closely with clients on mergers and acquisition tax matters, analyzing tax implications, developing structures, and ensuring compliance throughout the transaction life cycle.

Key Responsibilities
