Job descriptionBachelor of Science (BS), MIS, Physical Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration, or equivalent. A focused professional with experience in either major project management or quality assurance. Familiarity with tools and phases of the project lifecycle. Experience and knowledge of quality management principles and methodologies in a project implementation context. A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process; experience with SAP Change Management principles. Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies. Experience in developing training and change management strategies. Experience in the training material development cycle and deliverables with background in training SAP end users. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, including experience with statistical presentations. Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to express complex technical concepts in layman’s terms, both verbally and in writing. Team player, proactive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent tasks and deliver on commitments. Thoroughly proficient in written English. Training / Certification (ASAP or SAP Solution Manager) – is a plus 6-10 years’ of professional experience with at least 6 years’ experience in either major project management or quality assurance - with expertise in SAP based programs an advantage 6-10 years’ working on SAP projects focusing on project quality and review techniques Seniority level : Mid-Senior level Employment type : Full-time Job function : Quality Assurance
