Zahrawi Group is a leading company in the GCC Healthcare Industry with presence in UAE, KSA, Qatar, Bahrain, & Oman. The company supplies and distributes high-quality products and services to Hospitals, Clinics, Laboratories, & Analytical Industries.

Job Brief

The Service Engineer is responsible for providing customer service and technical support, ensuring the highest level of end-user service performance during installation and in any critical 24x7 environment.

Accountabilities

  • Adhere to all Zahrawi Policies & Procedures.

Preventive Maintenance

  • Plan and perform preventive maintenance regularly to meet Health Authority / Quality Control policies and regulations.
  • Ensure all machines receive necessary preventive maintenance.
  • Install all trained products properly.
  • Arrange pre-installation requirements for free commitments or local supply of instruments.
  • Ensure proper installation to prevent customer issues.

    • Machine Breakdowns

  • Respond promptly to breakdown calls with corrective actions.
  • Arrange timely delivery of spare parts.
  • Promote and sell service contracts for products handled.
  • Develop and maintain good customer relationships.
  • Achieve annual revenue targets.

    • Application Support

  • Assist Lab Technicians with application-related work as needed.

    • Trainings

  • Attend scheduled or required training sessions.

    • Administrative Tasks

  • Complete weekly reports timely.
  • Support service coordinator with health authority / quality control documentation for new installations.
  • Update instrument database with the service coordinator.
  • Coordinate with the Sales team on technical info and pre-installation site visits.
  • Share relevant sales leads or information with the Sales team.

    • Reporting

  • Provide weekly reports to the line manager.

    • Requirements

    Education : Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical / Electrical Engineering or relevant field.

    Experience : Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of relevant experience.

  • Skills : Effective communication, good English, time management, problem-solving, proficiency in MS Office, ability to work under pressure.

    • Additional Details : Candidate must be a Saudi National based in Riyadh, KSA, willing to travel as needed.
