The Preparatory Year Program at BMC is seeking qualified faculty members specializing in Mathematics. The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background in teaching, research, and community engagement. Responsibilities

Delivering lectures and engaging students in active learning. Conducting and publishing high-quality research in reputable journals. Participating in academic advising and administrative duties. Contributing to community and social engagement initiatives. Staying updated with advancements in the field through continuous research and publication. Performing other academic responsibilities as assigned by the Head of the Program. Requirements

Education : A Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Mathematics from a reputable university. Experience : Minimum of 3 years of proven teaching experience in Mathematics. Extensive teaching experience in undergraduate and postgraduate programs. Experience in handling administrative responsibilities efficiently and effectively. Skills : Excellence in research and publications (both local and international). Ability to conduct high-quality research in a specialized area of Mathematics. Strong teaching design, curriculum development, and mentoring skills. Proficiency in the use of dashboards, computers, and other digital tools for teaching and research.
