Overview

We\'re building a bilingual AI platform to help people discover fulfilling careers. With the MVP launched, we\'re seeking a Product Manager to drive product decisions, coordinate feature rollout, and streamline coach operations — as a part-time but strategic partner.

Responsibilities

  • Improve assessment user experience based on feedback and behavior analytics
  • Oversee coach onboarding and ensure operational readiness of the marketplace
  • Prioritize features and align product roadmap with the technical cofounder
  • Support platform operations and internal workflows

Benefits

  • Equity : 1.5-2.5%
  • Bonus Equity : Up to 0.5% for delivering key milestones (e.g., product releases, NPS targets)
  • Vesting : 4 years with a 1-year cliff
  • Commitment : Approximately 15-20 hours per week
