Must-Have :

• 10+ years of experience working in the nursing field
• Experienced in advocating for the needs of the patients and the clinical program; promotes the continuum of care
• Experienced in handling at least 50-200 staff under him or her
• Experienced in directing and implementing administrative policy & operational activities within Nursing Affairs
