Quality Control Engineer, High Voltage Direct Current – alfanar Electric
Improving product quality during manufacturing, managing QMS, validating products, addressing non-conformities, overseeing design specifications, reducing customer complaints, improving rework rates, supporting continuous improvement, ensuring compliance, coordinating with departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and update quality control procedures and format documents.
- Establish and maintain ISO documentation, including Corrective Action Reports (CAR) and Continual Improvement Records.
- Coordinate external calibration processes, instrument dispatch, reception, and prepare reports.
- Perform internal calibration, supervise instrument calibration, and keep records.
- Conduct internal and external audits to verify ISO compliance.
- Create and maintain Inspection & Test Plans (ITP) and coordinate inspection / testing processes.
- Produce test reports for inspected items, initiate Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and follow up to resolution.
- Participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) with third‑party inspection or customer representatives, addressing and closing comments.
- Lead and train sub‑ordinates, delegating tasks, coaching and ensuring fair distribution of work.
- Deliver planned activities to meet delivery schedules and operational targets, using resources efficiently.
- Resolve operational problems and raise escalations when necessary.
- Coordinate process improvement initiatives, documentation of procedures, and identify automation opportunities.
- Comply with company policies, procedures and work instructions.
- Maintain safety, quality and environmental compliance within the work area.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.5 to 10 years of experience in quality assurance / quality control in manufacturing of electrical products.Strong knowledge of ISO quality standards, QMS documentation, CAR, NCR, ITP.Experience with calibration processes and instrument maintenance.Ability to conduct audits and prepare audit reports.Excellent communication, leadership and team management skills.Company Profile
