The new Four Seasons Resort will be located on Shura Island, with facilities including a yacht marina, leisure and lifestyle amenities, retail, an 18-hole golf course, and more. The destination emphasizes sustainable practices and renewable energy with conservation zones and limited development. The Four Seasons Resort will offer approximately 149 rooms and suites, six restaurant and lounge outlets, meeting and events spaces, a marine discovery centre, Kids for All Seasons, a spa, and multiple recreation options.

About the role Join the pre-opening team of Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea. As an Electrician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems throughout the resort, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to Four Seasons service standards. What you will do

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems, including lighting, distribution panels, power outlets, switches, and control systems. Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities. Assist with the installation of electrical components and support pre-opening systems setup. Ensure all electrical work complies with local regulations and Four Seasons safety policies. Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and part replacements. Support energy-saving initiatives and ensure systems run efficiently. Respond promptly to engineering requests and emergencies during shifts. What you bring

Minimum 2 years of experience as an Electrician in a hotel, resort, or commercial facility. Strong understanding of electrical systems, schematics, and diagnostic tools. Electrical certification or diploma from a recognized institution is required. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Fluency in English is preferred. Candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia. What we offer
