to optimize financial performance, ensure operational efficiency, and guide us through the next phase of growth. What You’ll Do

Financial Strategy & Leadership

– Define and execute financial strategies that align with our long-term vision. Multi-Subsidiary Financial Management

– Oversee financial operations across our agencies, ensuring efficiency and scalability. Budgeting, Forecasting & Cash Flow Optimization

– Drive financial planning, cost control, and profitability. Investment & Growth Planning

– Lead capital allocation, assess investment opportunities, and structure finances for expansion. Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)

– Manage acquisitions, partnerships, and financial integrations. Financial Reporting & Compliance

– Ensure regulatory adherence, tax efficiency, and accurate financial reporting. Risk & Asset Management

– Implement robust financial controls and risk mitigation strategies. Tech-Driven Finance

– Leverage ERP systems (Odoo 17 experience is a plus) to enhance efficiency and automation. Executive Stakeholder Management

– Provide strategic financial insights to leadership, investors, and the board. Who You Are

10+ years

of senior financial leadership in a

group of companies, multi-subsidiary structure, or creative industries Expertise in

financial strategy, corporate finance, and business growth planning Strong experience in

M&A, fundraising, and investment strategy Solid understanding of

project-based and retainer-based business models Hands-on experience with

ERP systems (Odoo 17 is a plus) and finance automation CPA, CMA, CFA, or ACCA certification (preferred)

| MBA in Finance, Strategy, or Business Administration (a plus) Exceptional

leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Ability to

navigate complex financial structures in a high-growth, fast-paced industry What We Offer
