STAFF NURSE III In charge of providing comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process and established professional standards.
Responsibilities
Provides total patient care as assigned according to core patient-care requirements and evidence-based plans.
Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care; participates in discharge planning for each patient.
Works with Case Management to achieve patient-care goals and reduce length of stay and waiting times.
Records all relevant information accurately, promptly, and in a compliant manner.
Notifies Head Nurse or designee of equipment failures, safety concerns, and supply shortages; monitors patient waiting areas for unusual events.
Contributes to department and system-wide cost-effectiveness savings; exercises prudent use of staff, equipment, and materials.
Adheres to hospital policies and procedures.
Participates in ongoing education, training, and professional development as appropriate.
Fulfills other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education : Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing is required.
Experience : No previous experience required (on-the-job training provided).
Licensure : Current Registered Nurse licensure from the home country is required; Saudi Compensations for Health Specialties Licensure is required.
Specialized training (e.g., midwifery or certified nursing aide) is preferred.
