Safety Engineer

MAB Consult is seeking three experienced Safety Engineers to join our team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidates will be responsible for supervising safety protocols at construction sites ensuring compliance with safety regulations and promoting a culture of safety among all personnel.

Key Responsibilities

Site Safety Supervision : Oversee daily construction site activities to ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations. Conduct regular inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.

Risk Assessment : Perform comprehensive risk assessments and develop strategies to minimize potential risks associated with construction activities.

Safety Training : Develop and deliver safety training programs for all site personnel ensuring they are informed about safety protocols and emergency procedures.

Incident Investigation : Investigate accidents or incidents to determine causes and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.

Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all construction activities comply with local and international safety regulations and standards.

Qualifications

Educational Background : Bachelors degree in Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.

Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in safety engineering particularly in supervising construction sites.

Knowledge : Strong understanding of OSHA guidelines and other relevant safety regulations.

Minimum of one year of experience in engineering consultancy.

Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.

Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Effective communication and training abilities.
