Overview

Trade Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing trade marketing strategies that drive brand visibility, increase market share, and achieve sales targets across various retail channels. Responsibilities

Strategic Planning : Develop and implement trade marketing plans aligned with overall brand and sales objectives. Identify growth opportunities within the market and propose actionable strategies. Promotional Activities : Plan and execute in-store promotions, product launches, and merchandising initiatives. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure effective rollout of promotional campaigns. Retailer Relations : Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and distributors. Negotiate trade terms, promotional support, and shelf space agreements. Market Analysis : Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviours. Analyze sales data to assess the effectiveness of trade activities and adjust strategies accordingly. Budget Management : Manage trade marketing budgets and ensure optimal allocation of resources. Track expenditures and provide regular financial reports to senior management. Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team to align brand messaging and promotional materials. Collaborate with the product development team to provide market feedback and insights. Reporting and Analytics : Prepare regular reports on trade marketing activities and their impact on sales performance. Utilize data analytics tools to measure ROI and KPIs. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably within the cosmetics or Fashion industry. Strong understanding of the Saudi retail market and consumer preferences. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis software. Fluent in Arabic and English. Strategic Thinking : Ability to develop long-term plans that align with company goals. Analytical Skills : Proficient in interpreting market data and translating insights into actionable strategies. Leadership : Capable of leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders. Creativity : Innovative mindset to develop unique promotional ideas that differentiate the brand. Results-Oriented : Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving market share.
