Previous experience as a Digital Delivery Manager or BIM Manager is mandatory for this position. Candidates must have a proven track record in managing BIM and digital project delivery for major multidisciplinary programs. Experience working with international tier 1 firms in the AECO industry is highly valued, with additional preference given to those who have delivered projects for Saudi clients or within the Saudi market.
Role Purpose
The Digital Delivery Manager leads the delivery of digital enablement services across PMC, Construction Supervision, and Design Consultancy projects. The role ensures that digital strategies, governance frameworks, CDE structures, and data‑driven delivery models are effectively implemented to enhance project performance, compliance, and client satisfaction. This includes establishing consistent digital frameworks and governance mechanisms that align with international standards and Dar Al Riyadh’s Digital Advisory vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Digital Delivery & Information Management Office operations in alignment with ISO 19650 standards.
- Manage Digital PMO setup, KPI frameworks, and dashboard development for project monitoring.
- Develop, implement, and govern CDE strategies and frameworks ensuring consistency across all projects.
- Conduct Digital Maturity Assessments and establish improvement roadmaps.
- Define and enforce Digital Governance frameworks and data quality standards.
- Develop and review Exchange Information Requirements (EIR) and BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
- Lead the setup, optimization, and integration of Common Data Environments (CDEs) and ensure adherence to governance protocols.
- Provide advisory on Digital Strategy, Data Governance Models, and Emerging Technologies.
- Supervise Applications Assessment, ROI Evaluation, and ESG Digital Integration.
- Manage Upskilling and Knowledge Hub initiatives to strengthen internal and client digital capabilities.
- Demonstrate accountability for project success and the delivery of measurable digital outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience as a BIM Manager or Digital Delivery Manager is mandatory.Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management (Master’s preferred).Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in BIM and Digital Delivery leadership roles.Proven experience across PMC, CS, and design consultancy environments.Proficiency in BIM governance, data management, and CDE frameworks (Autodesk Construction Cloud, ProjectWise, Thinkproject, ASite etc.).Deep knowledge of Digital Governance implementation, Information Management, and system interoperability.Experience with international tier 1 firms in the AECO industry and familiarity with Saudi clients or projects is preferred.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.Relevant certifications such as Autodesk BIM Manager, ISO 19650 Information Management Practitioner, or Project Management Professional (PMP) are considered an added value.Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage).Key Competencies
