Master’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (mandatory).

Architectural background is plus.

Minimum 10 years of proven experience in managing large-scale, mixed-use real estate developments from feasibility through delivery.

Strong exposure to mega projects is desirable.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Understanding of financial modeling, feasibility analysis, scenario testing).
