A leading engineering consultancy company with over 40 years in the consultancy field is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer (Saudi) to join our team in Riyadh.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee relations.
- Handle employee issues and conflicts with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Maintained accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding activities.
- Prepare and manage official HR correspondence and internal communications in English and Arabic.
- Coordinate with government portals (Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, etc.).
- Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in HR, preferably within the engineering or construction industry.Strong knowledge of Saudi labor regulations and HR systems.Excellent command of English and Arabic, both written and verbal.Strong skills in official correspondence, reporting, and documentation.Good problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software tools.Saudi Nationality is mandatory.What We Offer
