Procurement Section Supervisor
to take a pivotal role within our client’s operations in Saudi Arabia. The selected candidate will oversee the procurement processes, ensuring that all materials and services required for projects are acquired efficiently and cost-effectively. Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise the procurement team, ensuring that all procurement activities are conducted effectively. Implement procurement strategies that align with project requirements and organizational goals. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and quality products. Coordinate with project managers and other departments to determine purchasing needs and specifications. Review and approve purchase orders, ensuring compliance with budgetary constraints. Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular evaluations to ensure adherence to contract terms. Prepare reports on procurement activities, highlighting areas for improvement and efficiency. Adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies while overseeing procurement operations.
