KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Student Affairs & Academic Support
Manage and maintain accurate student records transcripts attendance and academic schedules.
Coordinate and execute key academic events such as exams student orientations and graduation ceremonies.
Serve as a point of contact for student support and guidance throughout their academic lifecycle.
Career Services & Employer Engagement
Lead the coordination of On-the-Job Training (OJT) programmes securing placements and tracking progress.
Provide personalised career counselling job readiness coaching and job placement support.
Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners employers and alumni to create a robust career support network.
Plan and deliver career development events including job fairs guest talks and skills workshops.
Admissions Coordination
Support the admissions process by organising interviews verifying eligibility documents and coordinating onboarding activities.
Ensure seamless transition for new students through effective orientation programmes.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in student affairs career services or academic coordination.
Strong organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities.
High attention to detail with the ability to maintain compliance and accurate student data.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with students faculty and industry partners.
Background in career counselling job placement or industry engagement preferred.
Event planning and project coordination experience.
Familiarity with Moodle TVTC platforms or similar education management systems is an advantage.
