Overview
This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist at Multimedia Club. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns for clients, analyzing performance metrics, and delivering professional reports that support effective decision‑making.
Responsibilities
- Carry out day‑to‑day digital marketing activities and strategies, including social media marketing, online advertising, web analytics, and maintaining effective communication with team members.
- Plan, develop, and implement paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and others.
- Develop and regularly update Buyer Personas based on research findings, data analytics, and client feedback.
- Manage advertising budgets and optimize spending across platforms to achieve the highest possible return on investment (ROI).
- Continuously test and refine ad creatives, targeting parameters, and messaging to enhance performance and increase conversion rates.
- Monitor daily and weekly performance indicators and provide prompt recommendations for adjustments and optimizations.
- Prepare detailed campaign performance reports that include in-depth analyses, insights, and actionable recommendations.
- Manage and maintain tracking and analytics tools such as Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and UTM codes to ensure data accuracy.
- Track user behavior across platforms and analyze the customer journey to improve targeting strategies and campaign effectiveness.
- Apply SEO principles to enhance campaign visibility and effectiveness, particularly for Google Ads campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with the content and design teams to ensure all advertising materials align with buyer personas and campaign objectives.
- Participate in internal brainstorming sessions to develop innovative digital strategies that strengthen brand positioning.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, applying the most relevant ones to improve campaign performance.
- Propose creative and data‑driven advertising strategies aimed at increasing reach, maximizing conversions, and improving the overall customer experience.
