We are looking for a talented Senior Product Manager (PM) to support EF (External Fulfillment) product launches. The Sr. PM will be the key link between the EF product and business / operations teams in LatAm. The PM will lead product launches, coordinating across stakeholders, building working‑backwards plans, and creating business requirements documents. The PM will work closely with Program, Sales, Operations, Transportation, Legal, and other stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives that positively impact our customers and sellers. The PM will review performance metrics, contribute to programmatic inputs, and ensure accountability for strategic and tactical initiatives.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Identify gaps, pain points, and opportunities in existing products, coordinating across multiple input sources.
• Deeply dive into issues to differentiate isolated problems from structural ones.
• Create innovative solutions that address pain points and improve customer / seller experience.
• Balance competing priorities to make the best use of resources.
• Calculate impact and potential of ideas and pain points to make them tangible.
• Influence and support the product team (both Latam and central teams) on roadmap prioritization.
• Suggest and create programmatic solutions and initiatives while building business cases for the product team.
• Balance short‑ and long‑term solutions.
• Lead product launches, coordinating across stakeholders from different orgs and levels, and lead by influence.
• Organize working‑backwards plans, map risks and mitigation, adoption plans, and guarantee launch success.
• Gain stakeholder support for strategy and roadmap by writing narratives and influencing peers and senior leadership.
• Create goals and related metrics, track progress, and manage obstacles to achieve objectives.
• Communicate performance, articulate root‑cause analysis, and link to specific improvement areas.
• Incorporate benchmarking information from local competitors and best practices to define a best‑in‑class customer experience.
• Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make trade‑offs, and balance business needs versus technical constraints.
