Key Responsibilities :

• Plan and oversee all facility and maintenance activities both inhouse and external while coordinating closely with the production team to minimize operational disruptions.
• Track and manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for facility infrastructure utility systems plant and equipment to ensure timely service and vendor compliance.
• Schedule and monitor calibration activities for equipment and instruments; manage logistics arrangements for business travelers.
• Plan and forecast parts and service requirements for facility and maintenance operations; coordinate with the sourcing team to ensure timely procurement and availability.
• Manage the work permit process in alignment with company safety procedures and operational protocols.
• Support Lean initiatives and Kaizen activities contributing to continuous improvement through structured planning of materials and services.
• Monitor and track EHS priorities in coordination with the EHS and Facility & Maintenance teams ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards in the capacity of EHS Champion for the cell.
• Track and manage the maintenance budget ensuring cost control financial accountability and alignment with company targets.
• Align with the organizations business goals.
