Digital Product Owner Specialist

Responsibilities

Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap in alignment with business goals and user needs.

Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and user stories to deliver maximum value.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, QA, and marketing, to ensure successful product delivery.

Introduce and uphold Agile best practices, ensuring alignment with engineering and delivery teams.

Coach and support teams in Agile principles, promoting a strong Agile mindset and effective collaboration.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Track progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.) and ensure alignment with product goals and delivery timelines.

Continuously gather feedback from users and stakeholders, turning insights into actionable improvements.

Remove roadblocks and resolve conflicts to maintain team focus and velocity.

Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and ownership within the team.

Who we are looking for

Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Owner or similar role in a digital or Agile environment.

Strong understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum framework.

Experience with Agile project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar.

Solid understanding of software development processes and digital product lifecycles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical abilities.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams, remove blockers, and drive toward results in a fast-paced environment.

Commitment to continuous learning and Agile process improvement.
