Goal of function : As the Acute Therapy Application Specialist holds primary responsibility for driving sales and marketing initiatives related to the company’s services.

Responsibilities

Presents, promotes and sells products / services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers

Performs cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing / potential customers to meet their needs

Establishes, develops and maintains positive business and customer relationships

Reaches out to customer leads through cold calling

Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

Achieves agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

Coordinates sales effort with team members and other departments

Analyses the territory / market’s potential, track sales and status reports

Supplies management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services

Qualifications

College degree in marketing or related

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar field

Strong PC proficiency combined with excellent communication, interpersonal, data entry, and processing skills

Ability to deal with complexities and meet deadlines

Proficient in both Arabic and English

Flexible and open to travel as needed
