JASARA PMC is a leading project management consultancy firm and we are seeking a highly skilled Wet Utilities Manager to join our team. The Wet Utilities Manager will play a crucial role in managing the design, review and development of projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to manage design and review processes from conceptualization to execution, in line with client requirements and company standards. The position supports QA / QC procedures and deliverables review.

Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the entire design process for all major wet utilities and hydrology, managing the design and construction process from start to finish.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, contractors and stakeholders to understand project requirements and create innovative design solutions that satisfy client needs and comply with local codes and standards.
- Ensure smooth coordination with consultants, ensuring they adhere to project timelines and meet high-quality standards.
- Conduct regular design review meetings to provide technical guidance and support to clients, consultants, contractors and team members.
- Proactively monitor and track project progress, identify and resolve design-related challenges or conflicts, and report on these findings in a timely manner.
- Efficiently manage and maintain project documentation, including design records, change orders, and required approvals.
- Maintain strict compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations to guarantee project success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, consultants, contractors and stakeholders to ensure effective integration of design elements from design through construction to final handover.
- Compile and present reports and visual presentations regarding designs, design reviews, cost analysis and progress on project tasks.
- Set up and chair meetings with the client, consultants, design team and stakeholders, capturing minutes of meetings as necessary.
- Oversee and manage all project interfaces within the delivery program.
- Prepare and present design reports, presentations, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications
A 4-year bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering is necessary.An engineering master\'s degree is desirable.Registration as a Chartered Civil Engineer is necessary (or equivalent).Minimum of 10 years of engineering experience in major wet utilities, hydrology and hydraulic networks covering design, detailed review, documentation, specifications, project management and staff coordination.Strong knowledge of design principles and analysis related to hydrology, stormwater drainage systems, sewerage networks, potable water and irrigation systems, fire networks, retention ponds, infiltration basins, swales, ditches, culverts and channels.Design experience in District Cooling systems is an advantage.Design experience in Dry utilities is an advantage.Experience in construction oversight of the described infrastructure.Proficiency in engineering design software and related tools is necessary.Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.Experience coordinating and executing design activities, managing design consultants, engaging with stakeholders and coordinating design team members is crucial.Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.Knowledge of relevant industry standards and local codes and regulations.Seniority
