CARGO SALES AGENT -CSA SALES

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Cargo Sales Agent (CSA Sales) located in Jeddah and Riyadh. The role involves managing client relationships, promoting sales of logistics and cargo services, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Cargo Sales Agent will identify new business opportunities, provide expert advice on cargo insurance and transport solutions, and ensure smooth communication between clients and the company’s operational team.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to professionally interact with clients and resolve inquiries.
• Sales expertise to identify and close business opportunities in logistics and cargo services.
• Knowledge of Insurance processes related to cargo handling and shipping solutions.
• Willingness to participate in Training programs to stay updated with market trends and internal systems.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment with strong problem-solving skills.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience in the logistics or cargo industry is an advantage.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus.
