The Role

Mach49 is hiring a Strategic Events & Engagement Manager to lead senior-level gatherings that elevate our influence in Saudi Arabia’s innovation ecosystem. This role goes far beyond event execution — it’s about identifying the right strategic moments and designing experiences that position Mach49 at the center of transformation in support of Vision 2030.

You’ll create and deliver high-impact events such as private salons, roundtables, and policy briefings that bring together government leaders, corporate executives, and ecosystem enablers. You’ll also cultivate strong relationships and act as a trusted partner across institutions shaping the future of Saudi innovation.

Reporting to the Managing Partner – GCC, this is a relationship-first role for someone who thrives at the intersection of diplomacy, curation, and strategy.

• Lead the strategy, design, and execution of executive-level salons, roundtables, briefings, and other high-impact strategic events
• Own all event operations, including venue selection, guest experience, vendor coordination, and on-site logistics
• Track emerging policy, innovation, and business trends to inform engagement themes and opportunities
• Identify and prioritize key local and regional events for participation or co-hosting
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with government entities, corporate executives, ecosystem enablers, and local institutions
• Ensure cultural fluency in all engagements, from tone to etiquette to guest experience
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to promote events and amplify visibility
• Monitor feedback and impact metrics to continuously refine and elevate engagement strategies
