• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent work experience is required.
• Demonstrable abilities in team leading, stakeholder management and SAP development toolsets.
• Demonstrable experience across the whole development lifecycle and ASAP methodology.
• Ability to manage multiple project streams and to provide expert consultancy to the development teams.
• Strong organizational skills, oral and written communications skills and a team player.
• Strong knowledge of SAP different modules.
• Strong troubleshooting / de-bugging skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work in diversified teams.
• Strong management and leadership skills.
• 6-10 years’ of experience working as an ABAP lead
• 6-10 years’ of ABAP development with experience of latest technologies i.e. ECC, XI, SAP Script, Smartforms, etc
• 3+ years of in depth knowledge of SAP ABAP development tools, and 1 year of Netweaver plus strong Java skills.
