Supervise QC projects and conduct site visits in coordination with the Department Manager. Follow up equipment calibration and maintenance. Participate in preparing the department periodical reports and brochures. Participate in writing and developing the Quality Control manual. Write and check technical reports with invoices and specify dates of delivery. Ensure that all tests are carried out in accordance with relevant project standard test methods and contractually agreed customers’ requirements. Follow up registrations and requests with the site / lab team as required. Checking worksheets / evaluation and analysis of test results. Preparing and initial checking of testing reports prior to their submission for approval by Quality Control of Project Department Manager. Upon special authorization by the Quality Control of Projects Department Manager may approve specific types of routine testing reports. Respond to customers’ inquiries about progress of testing and reporting. Performing site visits & checking of site activities of related projects as required. Provide technical backup to technicians and monitor their productivity and efficiency. Provide technical consultations to the customers in coordination with the Department Manager and handle their complaints. Review contract specifications, develop and maintain up to date versions of Inspection and Test Plans for Project. Evaluate data and writes reports to validate or indicate deviations from existing standards. Comply with all quality, safety, and work rules and regulations. Conduct market research particularly investigate and study competitors and market prices. Develop, organize, and update the Department library and document all correspondences in the archiving systems.
