Position : Project Manager
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic localization projects in the Middle East region. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in managing large-scale manufacturing or industrial construction projects and strong experience in cross‑cultural team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead localization site selection evaluations (policy compliance, supply chain support, labor costs, logistics efficiency, etc.) and establish data‑driven decision models.
- Prepare feasibility reports including government subsidy policy, investment return analysis, and geopolitical risk assessments.
- Coordinate with third parties to complete EIA, energy assessments, and host country access approvals (e.g., Saudi SASO certification, African CE certification).
- Build and manage a cross‑cultural PMO team (engineering, procurement, local labor, legal) and implement a three‑level progress control system (milestone‑weekly‑daily).
- Develop and maintain a dynamic risk management matrix covering exchange rate fluctuations, cultural / religious conflicts, and supply‑chain disruptions, updating emergency plans quarterly.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing project management.Led at least one factory construction project exceeding 50 million RMB.Experience in large industrial projects within GCC countries (e.g., automotive or construction machinery) is preferred.Strong localization insight and understanding of multicultural team management.Excellent leadership, planning, and execution skills.Interested candidates can send their CV to : (email protected)
