The candidate will be responsible for all lifting activities during field operations, ensuring compliance with SOPs and client standards. The role involves assisting with resource coordination and lifting equipment management. ARAMCO certification is required. Job Responsibilities

Prepare all lifting plans. Test rigging to ensure safety and reliability. Dismantle and store rigging equipment after use. Ensure strict adherence to safety procedures. Plan, coordinate, and participate in lifting activities. Ensure machinery is aligned, leveled, and anchored properly. Assess risks associated with lifting and moving heavy loads, especially in confined spaces. Inspect and prepare loads for transport, selecting appropriate pulleys, booms, braces, and cables. Select gear such as cables, pulleys, and winches based on load requirements. Direct workers engaged in hoisting and moving loads to ensure safety. Attach pulleys and blocks to fixed structures using bolts and clamps. Manipulate suspended loads to navigate obstacles using multi-point suspension techniques. Control movement of heavy equipment through narrow openings using specialized equipment. Required Skills / Abilities

Deep understanding of load charts, rigging methods, crane assembly / disassembly, and safety practices. Knowledge of different types of lifting gear and their safe usage. Experience in heavy lifting operations. Understanding of various lifting clamps and their applications. Good organizational and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude, self-motivated, proactive, and committed. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in computer tasks related to the job. Education and Certification
