About the Role : AI Engineer

We are seeking a talented AI Engineer to design, develop, and implement artificial intelligence models that power Tharwah’s digital products, such as Amjad AI and OHBI Lab. You will play a key role in building predictive analytics algorithms, natural language processing (NLP) models, and generative AI solutions, ensuring both high accuracy and operational efficiency in production environments.

You Will :

• Design, develop, and deploy AI and ML models to enhance Tharwah’s products and solutions.
• Build and optimize algorithms for predictive analytics, natural language understanding, and text generation.
• Work on large language models (LLMs) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems to support innovative AI applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production environments and improve their performance over time.
• Preprocess and analyze complex datasets to ensure high-quality model training and validation.
• Develop and maintain APIs and model pipelines for scalable AI deployment.
• Monitor and fine-tune deployed models to maintain accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.
• Stay current with AI research trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation.
