Salesperson – Insulation and XPS (Extruded Polystyrene)
to join our team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in the KSA market, with established connections in the construction, real estate, and industrial sectors. This role involves driving sales, building long-term client relationships, and providing effective insulation solutions tailored to customer needs. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets for insulation and XPS products in KSA. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with contractors, consultants, distributors, developers, and end-users. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the KSA construction and building materials industry. Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for potential clients. Provide expert advice on insulation solutions, product specifications, pricing, and application methods. Monitor market trends, customer demands, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements specific to KSA. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, technical support, and high customer satisfaction. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management. Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of proven sales experience in insulation, XPS, or related building materials within KSA. Strong understanding of the KSA construction market dynamics, customer base, and project pipelines. Established network of industry contacts including contractors, consultants, and project decision-makers in KSA. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Technical knowledge of insulation systems, thermal performance, and product applications. Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel across the region. Preferred Skills
Familiarity with KSA building codes, insulation standards, and energy efficiency regulations. Experience with CRM systems and preparing structured sales reports. Arabic language proficiency is advantageous. Seniority level
