Responds to orders general client inquiries invoice questions and client complaints. Resolves issues with orders delivery dates or service. Resolves the clients complaint; determining the cause of the problem; Other duties as assigned. selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting corrections or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. Physical Requirements
