Key Responsibilities
Provide vision and direction for the technical department, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives.
Mentor and develop engineering teams to enhance skills and expertise.Drive innovation by encouraging and implementing new technologies and methodologies.Project ManagementOversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring they are completed to specifications, on time, and within budget.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all technical aspects of projects are integrated effectively.Continuous ImprovementIdentify areas for improvement within technical operations and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Build strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and industry partners to support project success.Compliance and Risk ManagementEnsure adherence to all relevant local and international standards, regulations, and best practices in engineering and construction.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field; Master’s Degree is a plus.Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within technical services or engineering management in large-scale development or construction projects.Proven experience in project management methodologies and principles.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and implement continuous improvement initiatives in technical operations.In-depth knowledge of engineering standards, regulations, and compliance requirements relevant to large-scale projects.Track record of successful risk management and problem-solving in complex environments.Excellent analytical abilities and proficiency in technical documentation and reporting.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment while maintaining a focus on quality and safety.#J-18808-Ljbffr
