The Sales Director will play a crucial role in driving sales strategies expanding market share and elevating the Sealy brand reputation in the region. This role requires an individual with a robust background in sales management and a passion for the consumer goods sector particularly in bedding products. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives and enhance market penetration.
• Lead mentor and manage the sales team to improve performance and achieve targets.
• Monitor market trends competitor activity and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders across the MENA region.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales initiatives with product offerings.
• Conduct regular training and development sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
