Key Accountability Areas
Oversee end-to-end fulfillment operations across all stores in the city. Supervise Store Supervisors and ensure their adherence to SOPs and performance metrics. Ensure fulfillment speed, order accuracy, and item availability targets are met consistently. Lead, mentor, and develop Store Supervisors and indirectly manage picker teams city-wide. Handle staffing gaps by coordinating picker reallocations and supporting recruitment efforts. Support performance management, including training, coaching, and succession planning. QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 1–3 years in operations management, ideally in Q-Commerce, eGrocery, or last-mile delivery. Proven leadership experience managing multi-location teams or city-level operations. Analytical thinker with the ability to act fast in dynamic environments. Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate across departments. Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets, fulfillment tools, and performance dashboards. Willingness to be on-ground frequently and available on weekends or evenings if needed.
