As Lucidya continues to grow and expand its product suite, we’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead strategic design initiatives, drive product quality across squads, and mentor the next generation of design talent. This is a remote role for a bilingual (Arabic and English) professional passionate about designing impactful, user-centered digital experiences. Responsibilities

Lead strategic design initiatives across product squads to improve user experience and product quality. Drive product quality across squads through collaboration with product, engineering, and research teams. Mentor and develop junior designers to grow design capability within the team. Qualifications
