More about the role :

We are seeking an experienced and exceptionally organised Project Manager to join our communications team on a full‑time secondment at a key client’s office. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with a strong background in project coordination and ability to manage multiple workstreams in a dynamic corporate environment. This role requires close collaboration with both the client’s internal teams and our agency to ensure seamless delivery of high‑quality communication programmes.

What you’ll do :

• Act as the day‑to‑day liaison between the client and the agency, ensuring effective communication and smooth workflow.
• Coordinate and manage multiple projects, timelines and deliverables across internal and external stakeholders.
• Track, monitor and report on project progress, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
• Support the development and implementation of communication plans, press materials and advice notes.
• Assist in the design of strategies and campaigns, including by conducting research and analysis to guide decision‑making.
• Prepare and maintain project trackers, action logs and post‑campaign reports.
• Manage approval processes and documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain brand consistency and uphold client confidentiality at all times.
