Sincerus is looking for an experienced professional and a highly skilled subject matter expert to join our Training Team in support of partner nation THAAD Firing Units. This role focuses on preparing the unit to successfully complete Table VIII training, with an emphasis on evaluating, communicating, and managing data related to incoming aerial and missile threats. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of Launch Control Station (LCS) components, communications systems, and air defense protocols.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as a subject matter expert in the evaluation and communication of data concerning incoming enemy aerial and missile threats, as well as aerial surveillance operations.
- Provide expert instruction on Launch Control Station (LCS) components, including the Common Data Link Interface Module (CDLIM), KIV-7 Encryptor, satellite communications (SATCOM), Cisco Network switch, Data Extraction and Reduction Guide (DERG), and JREAP protocols.
- Teach and demonstrate a strong understanding of J-series messages, focusing on their role in air defense operations and decision-making processes.
- Maintain and troubleshoot computer data links and networks that support early detection and tracking of potential air threats, from the Earth's surface to space, enabling situational awareness and threat engagement.
- Ensure the integration of systems that provide critical data to support airspace superiority, threat destruction, and sustained air defense operations.
- Collaborate with Sincerus's Systems instructors and 14H instructors to deliver high-quality training on THAAD operational systems and procedures.
Qualifications :
Extensive experience with THAAD Launch Control Systems, including knowledge of LCS components, data links, and network management.Strong understanding of air defense protocols, including the use of Common Data Link Interface Module (CDLIM), KIV-7 Encryptor, SATCOM, Cisco network systems, and J-series messaging.Expertise in maintaining and troubleshooting computer data links and networks critical for early threat detection and tracking in missile defense operations.Experience with JREAP protocols and their role in data communication for missile defense systems.Ability to train and mentor military personnel in the operation and maintenance of advanced THAAD systems.Strong collaboration skills, with experience working alongside other instructors to deliver comprehensive training programs.Mandatory Requirements :
