We are looking for a General Manager to help launch and lead this world-class agency from the ground up — a founding leadership role offering the opportunity to build, shape, and scale something exceptional. This is a rare chance to help create a pioneering agency at the heart of the Kingdom’s rapidly evolving creative economy. The General Manager will work alongside the CEO to transform vision into structure, process, and performance — building teams, systems, and culture from scratch.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Growth
- Partner with the CEO to co‑develop and execute the agency’s launch strategy, structure, and go‑to‑market plan.
- Build and mentor high‑performing teams, fostering a culture of intelligence, creativity, and accountability.
- Establish scalable systems and processes to ensure operational excellence and innovation.
Operations & Commercial Management
Oversee day‑to‑day agency operations across strategy, creative, digital, and social functions.Manage commercial performance, including P&L, budgeting, KPIs, and forecasting.Drive sustainable growth through smart business planning and effective resource management.Client & Business Development
Lead key client relationships and oversee the delivery of world‑class strategic and creative work.Win and grow major accounts through compelling pitches and strong commercial partnerships.Build the agency’s reputation with senior clients and partners across multiple sectors.Culture & Vision
Embody and promote the agency’s ethos : strategic, research‑driven, and purpose‑led creativity.Inspire teams to deliver exceptional results with both creative flair and commercial focus.Ensure alignment between long‑term vision and daily execution.Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years in senior leadership (C‑suite or equivalent) within a top‑tier international marketing or creative agency.Proven experience building, scaling, or transforming agencies or major business units.Strong understanding of brand strategy, communications, digital, and social marketing.Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering for global brands.Strategic, commercially minded, and operationally strong with direct P&L responsibility.Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Package
