Your day will involve verifying order details, coordinating with various teams, and providing exceptional support to customers while adhering to company policies and contractual agreements.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Receive and verify customer orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Process orders in compliance with company requirements and policies.
• Monitor and update IPO status to PCC, following OC guidelines.
• Dispatch shipments and update customers on delivery status.
• Track and expedite deliveries to meet contractual deadlines.
• Report and clarify any issues raised by PCC or customers promptly.
