Our client is seeking an experienced Field Project Manager to oversee construction projects on-site, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and safety protocols. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities :

On-site Project Management : Oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
Team Leadership : Lead and direct site personnel, contractors, and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
Quality Control : Ensure high-quality workmanship, inspecting and monitoring construction activities.
Schedule Management : Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion and meeting deadlines.
Communication : Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project progress.
Safety Management : Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment.
Problem-Solving : Identify and resolve site-related issues, collaborating with teams to find solutions.

Requirements :

5+ years of experience in construction project management

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities

Strong attention to detail, ensuring quality and safety standards

Technical Skills :

Familiarity with construction management software (Procore, PlanGrid)

Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards

Understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
