About the location

The Red Sea destination is being developed as a luxury resort with sustainable practices, offering approximately 149 rooms and suites, multiple dining outlets, meeting and events spaces, a marine discovery centre, and extensive leisure facilities on Shura Island. The project emphasizes renewable energy and conservation zones.

About the role

The Accounts Receivable Supervisor manages billing, collections, and guest ledger processes to ensure timely and accurate revenue collection, supporting the Resort’s financial health.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee billing and collection processes

Manage guest and company account reconciliations

Follow up on outstanding balances and ensure timely payments

Prepare AR reports and support month-end closing

Collaborate with Front Office and Sales teams for account accuracy

Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit standards

Requirements

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

2+ years Accounts Receivable experience; supervisory experience preferred

Strong Excel and financial system skills

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus

Hospitality experience preferred
