Technical Engineer

Position Overview : We are seeking a skilled Technical Engineer to provide pre-sales technical support, solution design, and customer implementation expertise for SafePass PAM solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct technical product demonstrations and POC implementations

Design and present technical solutions for customer security requirements

Lead technical aspects of SafePass deployments

Provide technical training to customer IT teams

Create technical documentation and best practice recommendations

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Cybersecurity

3+ years experience in cybersecurity or enterprise software

2+ years hands-on experience with PAM, IAM, or related technologies

Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux system administration

Proficiency in Active Directory, LDAP, and enterprise authentication

Excellent verbal and written communication in Arabic and English
